Batchelor’s Degree from Maine Maritime Academy and was licensed as a Merchant Marine Deck Officer with a commission in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Have experience in waterfront and ocean environments with cargo theft and personnel injury situations. Having successfully defended in  a Special Courts-martial,  was assigned as a Unit Intelligence Officer to investigate criminal activities of Naval Personnel.
